I have told these people so many times to clean up after themselves.

I don't want to see her struggling to make it off an ever depleting social security, especially after living as comfortable as she has these last few years.

Lots of rolls of teflon tape, plumbers sandpaper, ALLWAYS bring a roll or two of paper towels and dawn dishsoap for clean up of you and tools and messes.
