That doesn’t look good to me at face value. 90 days, I imagine with a $100,000 renovation your actual holding timeframe will be double that or more (most sales take a month anyway).

However, I checked my appraisal and they have me at closer to 2800sqft.

It is baffling to me at just how fast the properties are selling!!

They had no clue and had six different people call me at 6 different times about the same thing and then came to find out that the tenant still didn’t have a mailbox key after they had been living there for a month.

I'm up in the NW burbs (border of Cook and Lake County). 

There isn’t as much meat on the bone these days, but I can still cashflow on the right property.

The deal still works for me at the new price.Is this type of behavior normal?
