Would anyone have any suggestions or recommendations in terms of a property management software for managing 200+ properties?

Does anyone have any experience/advice/opinions or info regarding PropTrend software for property search and analysis?

Hello BiggerPockets,my name is Steffen and I am a software engineer from the Bay Area.

I loved being able to walk across the bridge to Cincy, hit the Casino and walk back thru Newport and across the Licking  to Covington. 

You can go from free software that does work but doesn't perform amazing, to something that is fully customized to what you need and want, just depends on the level of performance needed.

When I went to UCSB, we would go wine tasting and to the Chumash casino up there ha!

Ultimately, it's just what 1.) are you more used to and 2.) has more of the software/apps you need.

I have been working as a embedded software engineer here ever since.

For the presentations that we put together, we have this wonderful software!

But you do want to get them to ask you about such opportunities.Be both interested and interesting.There are software programs and plug-ins that can take one post from your blog (other other media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and re-post it automatically to your other social media sites.The key is to interact with comments and questions and post on interesting content on a regular basis.Get clear on your social media goals and outcomes.
