Its worth having your brokers license if you want to make money helping other people buy and sell.

It is a federal regulation but some states reach out and screw you.

Land  Development and vertical construction are hands down the toughest loans to get..

Landlords will still find ways, or (more likely) they will sell their properties and invest in another state.

This is my first time and I'm buying a fixer upper that needs a new compressor, roof and a total kitchen remodel.

After a while they seem to work themselves out and get fixed.  

The other book you mentioned caters more to that audience and gets people hooked on the idea that they can invest in real estate with no money and then teaches them how in subsequent books. 

That area is appreciating and is a great spot for those that want the convenience of Southend and walkability.
