@David Torres  redemption rights are tricky as you allude to.. in our state where Sheriffs sales en masse like what happened a few years ago we had no case law on most of it. as Sheriffs sales for owner occ homes was rare as hen teeth.. the law was always there but sheriffs sales were usually for intestate situations for commercial deals.One issue with redeeming.. at least in our state.. is what happens with junior liens.. in our state if you do redeem the juniors pop back up and attach again.. so its a pretty complicated process.
