@Trevor Murphy I think you might have better luck attending local meetups or joining Facebook investor groups in the area to identify and network with local wholesalers.

Have you considered joining a mastermind group to surround yourself with like-minded investors?

You would also be surprised how many people we make angry in the process, even though they agree to the rules when they joined. 

Solo agent or join a team?
