I have seen a high occurrence of disability myself, and considering the sec 8 backlog around here is like I dunno...50 thousand people or something nuts like that, desperate people turning to disability is to be expected.

Someone that desperately begs you, falls on their  knees, begging you please "buy my house right now, fast in cash, otherwise bad things will happen to me"Motivated?

It’s program where they’re paying remote workers to come in and live for a year with several incentives to stay other than the money they pay for a year.On the surface it sounds desperate, paying people to move, which is what made us skeptical in the early days.

I can't imagine someone selling if that were the case, even someone who was totally desperate it would seem would hang on.I invest at long distance myself and have acquired properties I've still never seen in person, but I've always gone for very high quality properties in very high quality neighborhoods and always have had my top shelf PM inspect before buying.

They don't ask me any questions - they want to apply and be considered for the apartment.To me, this reeks of desperation, but oftentimes these applicants are qualified.
