Let them know you are shopping around and encourage them to put forward their best offer.

I typically preach on these boards to shop for lenders based on service, not rates, but you have quite a difference here in the cost of money, why such a big difference in the rates?

I shopped for quotes from about 5 vendors and they gave me the best quote (thousands less than all the others) and even though installation did not happen for 2.5 months due to material shortage etc that was going on at that time, I am really happy with the work done and the quality of the windows.

Shop around for a lender that works with investors and you're likely to get better results.
