and it's not only not cash, it's expensive money - for it to be worth using you'd need either (1) something short term, like a flip (not recommending that here) or (2) a very high return that beats the interest rate you're paying on it.

I checked this out and it looks overpriced without having any other info.

Even after one year, that property may provide thousands of dollars worth of appreciation, you will pay down your loan and build some equity, and you can depreciate the asset.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

Check it out and see what it's about before it gets too out of control on here. 

P.S. sometimes it's more stressful than fun, but the rewards can be enormous and are worth it.

All the other real estate in my businesses are counted as assets minus the debt liabilities for net worth purposes and the business income that comes to me is counted as part of my personal income.

In this case, you make the check out to the PR and carry on as before.

It may be worth waiting the 6 months to refi into better terms.
