Thats the hassle that these villages really ding us with.

I set pretty realistic goals for myself decades ago and am pretty satisfied with where I currently find myself.I live in the most fantastic retirement "disneyworld" in existence, The Village, Florida.

We have several of those going on right now matter of fact we are closing on a house in Old Fourth Ward and one in East Atlanta Village this Friday.We are very excited to do this historic house in atl. we really hope we can make it a cornerpiece in Atl.

I spoke with the village inspector this morning and he tells me he can probably make the apartment "Unfit for Human occupancy" since they have food actively rotting in the refrigerator.

Jeremy W.Also What you consider rural and I consider rural maybe 2 different things.Since I grew up on a farm, that was 4 miles away from a village of 179 people.

The washer and dryer was noticed by the village inspector for rentals.

Fully rented upstairs/downstairs duplex in a village setting about 45 min from a mid-sized city.
