 If anyone knows of any attorney's, contractor's and accountants in the NC triangle area, familiar with flips and wholesaling, that you trust, I'd sure take the referral!

The triangle area (Raleigh, Durham) or some adjacent counties is where I'm focusing on.  

I lived in the triangle area for 25 years.

You should see a little round thing (or a triangle) on the meter spin when water is flowing.

I'm in Chapel Hill, NC but interested in partnering for flips in the triangle, preferably Durham but am open to all areas. 

I recall back in graduate school having an discussion on plausibility of solar power, &  calculating that the entire needs of the US power grid could be satisfied by installing PV cells on just the Nevada triangle (which is already largely owned by the federal government).  

Can anyone refer me to a real estate attorney familiar with wholesaling? I have called a couple but they don't seem too familiar with purchase agreements and assignment contracts. 

Hello @Jason Chopin - There have been some good multi-family properties listed for sale on the MLS recently in the Triangle, but most are higher in asking price than would work well as a straight investment with resulting positive cash-flow.
