The $150 termite inspection and $160 to treat for powder post beetles (the damage was probably 60 years old) didn’t turn me off a bit, nor did splitting a $1500 parking pad issue that was called out by the appraiser.

@Nick WehrleyTalk to your cpa - it may matter if it’s a single member LLC or multi member etc as well as if you were taking depreciation on it and how have you treated it tax wise in the pastNot a cpa nor pretend to be one but a lot of unknowns that you should review with your accountant

If they are solid, they pick up after themselves in common areas, keep the dishwasher running, and treat it like a home, making it *much* easier for me to keep it clean and ready for STR guests. 1-2 a month as needed I sweep/mop/catch up however needed, clean bathroom, etc.
