Rents and home prices have been steadily increasing over the last ten years here, and as RH continues to grow as a Charlotte submarket, I think home and rent prices will continue in that trajectory.

I do not know enough to predict if its upward trajectory is sustainable. 

Usually the college only towns are directly related to the school itself, so depending on the trajectory of the school a lot can happen, especially those that are private.

I think Columbus thus far has peaked my interest the most just because it's on a wildly different economic and growth trajectory than KC.

I'd note that there could be other cities with a lot of potential as well, but I felt comfortable with Vegas's trajectory given my familiarity with the city (I grew up there and have family there).

As a local agent and investor, I see this as a positive since Austin's growth trajectory and economic KPIs are still strong relative to the rest of the region. 

As tenant friendly as it is, I would sleep well at night knowing that a well-structured (and maintained) asset protection plan is not going to potentially be the cause why my investments trajectory hit a snag.
