I find it annoying and contradictory to require "accredited investors" and then to not give them easy access to the data required to fully vet an offering.Everybody(DST Brokers and sponsors) sends out pretty shallow promotion emails, and you have to really actively chase down the deal memos that have the details.

They replied to one of my emails with their internal emails still attached :)  I do know the county notified them of the sale well ahead of time and documented the notification.Thanks!

The rent declines in the market are temporary until the new supply gets absorbed and demand picks back up.
