If the house is vacant put some cameras on it.

Buildings are all fitted with Cameras and live-in staff who cleans the hallways and yard areas daily.

I switched to a 360-degree camera that provides a better idea of the property and it helped me rent homes faster/easier because people didn't feel the need to walk through in person.

Her boyfriend is selling drugs out the house and I have one of his exchanges on camera. 

As far as keys and tour, I would use a mobile hotspot, wireless deadbolt and wifi cameras.

. - do not allow 0 review guests to instant book (we will decide whether or not to rent to them based off of their inquiry message)- only host people recommended by other hosts- make sure you have security cameras that face all entrances to the property (also you will need to specify that they are ON AND RECORDING in the listing - just disclosing the locations and that they are there is not enough apparently) 

For some reason, smoke shows up more on camera than IRL.
