Yes, high-velocity systems are common in retrofit applications when standard ducted systems aren't possible/practical... please just educate yourself on them (as with any type of system) to understand the pros and cons to ensure success with your purchasing decision.As far as contracts go, if you're hiring a GC, then one contract should suffice.

All I know is that the subject of LLC's is almost always mentioned in the context of aiding in LIMITING ones LIABILITIES (against being personally sued), whereas others have said that umbrella Property Insurance should suffice if your personal net worth is not exponentially greater than the value of your individual property.
