I also dont necessarily have the same business entity for each project, and so from what I can read this isn't possible on QBO without having a subscription for each business.

I know their are paid subscriptions that will work, but I am a newbie on a budget and to top it off I would like the hands on experience of doing this manually in my markets.

There are many sites which I know of in which you can pay either a per list fee, or a subscription fee, to have access to motivated seller lists.My question is does anyone have any recommendations for ways to obtain these lists that may be more affordable?

You can subscribe to propstream.com to find leads, it has a monthly subscription fee but it's worth it.

How much is your subscription? 

I am never looking for another subscription service to give money too unless absolutely necessary.It's not how much money you make, it's how much you keep at the end of the month.
