This will enable you to do a few things regarding your SEO: Give you a complete audit using their wizard which:Determines if your site is personal or business — important for Google to know so they can give you a Knowledge Panel or not.Collects all your social profile links — to include in the knowledge panel and associate your business with them.And ensures your site’s overall title and other metadata are correct.Generates an XML Sitemap — Extremely important for SEO yet so commonly neglected.For each page and blog post on your site Yoast will allow you to:Modify the title, slug, and meta descriptionThe title is the main and #1 indicator of what is on this page — this should absolutely contain your keyword that you expect users to search leading them to stumble across you.The slug is simply the URL which should also contain your keyword.The Meta Description is the two-sentence text that describes what’s on the page — also containing your keyword.Yoast will rate each blog post and page’s SEO and readability.

I almost want to retract my last sentence.. and say " You will fail!"..

It's not difficult if you know what you're doing.2)  That last sentence is the kicker - it sounds like you're very new to RE investing. 

Hello @Lamont Marable,I would change the first sentence to something along the lines of "My partner and I are local investors looking to purchase multi-family properties.."

It is just words randomly put in a sentence it means nothing.This is just ONE example, but believe me there is a LOT wrong on going.Also I know you don't always have control of who gives you backlinks and I too have crappy backlinks, but this is obviously deliberately done to manipulate the rankings.Again, I am starting to believe you didn't do this intentionally..maybe you didn't know and maybe this is a previous company that did their SEO.

In the last week I have said the following sentence probably to 7 people already:NEVER EVER use YOUR incompetence, Lack of skill, or "know how" to judge anything by, or to base personal advise on.YOU can't do it... doesn't mean no oe can do it right?

However, I didn't read this sentence (or at least had a different understanding of what it meant, if I did) "the LLC is controlled by the original borrower or the original borrower owns a majority interest in the LLC".  

Probably the only chance I'll have this year to use "nah" in a sentence :)How do you know it's a fantastic turnkey operator?

@Adam Styles this may sound a bit harsh, but consider it tough love: if you're looking to "team up with investors", you'll need to put more out there than 1 sentence, and you'll need to put your best foot forward to show how you're going to bring value to the table.No experienced investor will have any interest in teaming up with you until you learn how to present yourself to them in a way that demonstrates the value you're bringing to the table.

Reading the description reminded me a bit of writing an essay back in school where I was trying to pad the word count and put in a bunch of superfluous words and sentences.
