Find a housekeeper, take good pics, put it on line, don’t over think.

See pics below.My goal is have it apprise for 75k and refi LTV of 75% = 56k budget.

IDEALLY, I'd like a software that scans MLS in real time and automatically imports and analyzes properties (using customizable assumptions) that fit my criteria while also tracking changes in property status, new listings, etc.

Professional photos, 3D scan, SEO presence and experienced agents that are paid based on your customer service experience is what I'd look for..paying someone for any level of service just doesn't seem like a good investment to me.I would also question the ethics of any brokerage/agent that bad mouth's or publicly makes false statements about another brokerage in direct violation of National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics (low paid, inexperienced agents)  I guess some folks feel a need to tear someone down to build themselves up!

From the pic I am seeing a yard so that needs to be accounted for potentially as maintenance.

There are other sites to use for finding pics such as Realtor.com, Redfin, Trulia, etc.

Can someone help me with instructions on uploading a profile pic??

I'm on all of the above websites with good pics & descriptions.
