Airbb seems to be ridiculous with many scamming to get refunds, the platforms take a big chunk of profits, renting to people you know will cut down on the likelihood of home being trashed.

Worse, some may try to scam you into renting to them and then squat while you waste time trying to evict them.

companies/individuals who do this and what are the pitfalls that i should avoid to check if they are not scamming.

Of course, there are still ways to get scammed doing this, but sharing incentives and ownership such that there is skin in the game GREATLY reduces these risks.

All that is to ensure that you're dealing with a reputable lender and not someone who's scamming you.

Regarding SEO, be careful of scams. 

They are used for commercial properties AND to scam novice investors. 

Any insights would be appreciated, Just wondering if anyone out there is familiar with this program, has had any success or if this is another guru scam.

There are of course (sneaky) ways to inspect the property without tenant being aware of the sale discussion (posing as insurance agent etc), however I do not want to run this business in a sneaky way, and even create a perception of being scam-y or sneaky with the customers... 

I got the distinct impression from several of them that they thought they may be getting scammed.
