If you are in Chicago and have a great attorney that knows how to handle sandwich lease options, can you make a recommendation?

List the property on the MLS for retail, lease option or sandwich lease option.

I realize each deal is different and each deal will have its obstacles but seems to me that a strategy need not be so complicated. some say this is ez to do. others say don't do this. acting as broker etc  I am studying a couple people that currently do wlo and sandwich lo, and amazingly those two individuals don't do same technique either. and they are pros. to some degree I just want to dive in , on the other hand I don't want to create all kinds of legal problems for myself either. honestly, I just want to get going.

A lot of boomers are in the sandwich generation, meaning they are raising their children and also taking care of their parents.

After reading Brandon Turners book "investing in real estate with low and no money down" I'm curious as to how to properly put together a lease option sandwich.

You can do this in one of two ways:  First, you can negotiate the payment and the price down and do what is called a "sandwich lease option" where you stay in the middle of the deal.

Do Sandwich Lease Options or wholesale until you've built up that $5k to where you can put it into deals.Joe
