Hello,I am rapidly getting to the end of closing on the most fixer-upper property I've ever purchased.

And considering we have the City of Champions going in we have a pretty good expectation of appreciation, especially with how rapidly people are being priced out of Denver.

As a newbie I'm trying to allocate current assets into a plan to grow rapidly and trade up into Commercial Apartments. 

I'm a buy-and-hold investor so I'm not combing through the MLS (or other areas) looking for rapid flips.
