Asbestos siding - recommendations for contractor in Denver

Hello,

I am rapidly getting to the end of closing on the most fixer-upper property I've ever purchased. One of the biggest things I'd like to get done before winter is to get the outside fixed up. It has old asbestos siding on it, half of which has been covered over with stone. I'm hoping for some recommendations for a contractor who could both fix the places where the stone has fallen off or needs repair, as well as cover the remaining siding with vinyl or something similarly accepted for sealing asbestos siding. There are gaps and cracks in the siding going into the attic, there are repairs to be made to the eaves and areas around windows (plus almost all of the windows need to be replaced). The property is currently tenant occupied, and is one where the landlord pays the utilities (multifamily). So getting all of this done before winter would be ideal!

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Lynae
