This is a conventional loan so my understanding was that I could request the removal of PMI once I got to 75% LTV (as opposed to 80% with a primary residence) as this was the case with the other properties.

can be a question that can have very opposing opinions depending on the mindset of two investors.. and there are thousands of decisions in flips like that.  

In some cases it may cost a vendor half as much to work with Roofstock as opposed to other promotional companies.

Meanwhile you can do exterior, trim trees, remove shrubs, roofing first, then lawn and landscape so it has time to grow in, driveway if you need a new one last. 

I would love opposing outlooks that yall may have.

I am not opposed to the arbitration option but would prefer the deal to be structured more like a rent-to-own where I would build some equity. 

I’d rather the potential for long term residual “passive income” as opposed to a one time profit.

Lots of retailers, historically, had been opposed to gyms.
