And if that message was automatically forwarded to some other email account, or downloaded and then opened offline, etc. that would also fail to trigger the open/read.I think you're assuming too much here.

So, until I connect with someone or people who is ready and willing to accept that I am a newbie but, still decide that we can help each other to continue to grow and include me in their journey by having me work for/ with them (whatever the deal is), I'll continue networking, using this website, podcasts, and other books and materials on and offline to educate myself and others I meet.

No thank you.It's a risk, but my advice is get yourself a good insurance policy and trust that the City has better things to do than fight homeowners to take their MIL units offline.
