My opinion, this is a super unfortunate incident, but based on the description, the tenants didn't do anything unreasonable to cause the issue and it's not unreasonable that they didn't report a toilet handle occasionally getting stuck.

My problem really was that I didn't perceive at the time that the tax advantages are so important for a guy working on his own properties largely alone or with occasional help.Federal lawmakers understand that the small, local landlord is improving his community by doing something that the government simply can't do affordably.

I have told him that he needs to take the dish down and will be responsible for any repair costs.

Occasionally we see people pushing to invest in countries outside their own.
