I hired a plumber locate the pipes and run a camera but he said he cannot see because they are full of muddy water and he cannot locate the pipes because of water in them. 

Leave the lights on, and cameras help.  

He went back the following day and he said the sewer line/drain had clogged again and he was going to get a cctv camera to troubleshoot and see where the problem was.

For better or worse, the program operates like a nanny, trying to take better care of the tenant than they might take care of themselves.

I would also add security cameras to document any additional damages.  

A cell phone camera proves the point.

How can you prove it (unless you have security cameras)? 

is flicking off the camera in google street view, so that is a good sign that a house needs some work. 

When my wife first turn the camera on to check on the driveway at 8pm she said ok seems quite im relief theyre have a small gathering 3 cars, we went to bed she gets up to pee at 11:30pm she wakes me yelling freaking out, Nico Nico Nico omg omg im sick im so sick i said no omg are you pregnant she said no, they have over 20 cars at the house.

That was false because i live in the downstairs apartment and i have seen her come in & out of her apartment from my camera.
