I’m in the middle of moving out of my rental home, and my landlord’s agent has been scheduling showings without much regard for any of my requests.

@Michell ChaseGood morning Michell, I want to address your comment that you are beginning to buy other investment properties under your LLC.

My thinking is that I can’t sell it now for its full value, given that it’s going to be in the middle of a construction site for most of the next year.

I have read that it's negotiated between the buyer and seller, and also that the costs are divided down the middle.
