I've downloaded the DealMachine app and wanted to get some feedback reviews about the app.

Turno is awesome, really, one of the best apps I know on the STR industry, but it's not a PMS. 

I've been transitioning my rentals to use Cash App. 

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

What apps are you guys connecting to each of them for your build outs?

I went on connected investor and filled out and app and a few days later they called me about a property that i am putting an offer on tomorrow.  

If you just want to calculate a mortgage payment that’s a free function of 10’s of not 100’s of free apps for your phone/tablet.

Ohio, and Oklahoma are also excellent options for long term growth I am new to this app here, so not sure how this works with posting and replies, make sure when you do out-of-state investing you have the right systems in place and at least 1-2 people you can trust in that area.
