Make sure your decision compliments your "why".   

Bigger Pockets is a great place to learn and connect with fellow investors.What was the key factor that helped you make the decision to invest OOS? 

I had a gut feeling something was not right and I feel I have made the right decision to stop, especially as a struggling student.

One more thing to add, you can't let fear be part of your decision making.

I see houses are very much appreciated, is it good decision to buy ?

Lazerow said if you act promptly, the seller will have a greater likelihood of having some of the "windfall $" to pay your client when a judgment or decision in your camp's favor is rendered.

(This is a blessing IMO.)So I said I understood her decision and would contact her with further instructions.I sent her a move out letter via email the following day with a couple of options for a timeline, info for scheduling a final walk through, etc… now she is ghosting me.

Also, starting my journey in real state investment made change my mindset and since last year I have been more disciplined on my finances and I have been taking better decision on how I spend my money.
