If you'd have to fly here anyway, what difference is a flight plus a 2 hour drive or a flight plus a 4 hour drive.  

Don't get caught up on how far it is if you're already looking at markets that require plane flights.

That event only stopped flights for 2 days. 

This would include a flight or drive to see them and their properties.

I built a great team there and it's a non-stop flight away from Phoenix.

I’m really sorry but we highly encourage purchasing travel insurance in the event your trip is interrupted by a flight cancellation (..or, whatever is causing the interruption).

And a flight to quality doesn't hurt either--the properties at the lowest end of the spectrum often suffer the worst and can be the last to come back.But good defense requires one step beyond underwriting--not stacking on too much debt is very important. 

Now, I think you might have to have things like smart locks or something for people getting in late flights more so than other locations, but that isn't huge.
