The market here is pretty tight knit and the activity in those groups is a good way to get your foot in the door to those relationships.  

Otherwise, you would shoot yourself in the foot to try and do it earlier.

Through the process I learned Thea foundation was shot and needed to replace about 80 linear feet of foundation.
