Perhaps, that’s what makes you feel like the odds are stacked up against you, the industry is flawed and needs to be changed.My advice – look up Jim Rohn’s lectures on YouTube and listen through a few of them.

Anyway, please don't lecture me--itself passive agressive, in my opinion--on how to make friends on a discussion board.

Personally I would like to hear a lecture from someone who has first hand information on the banks so called “shadow inventory” .

If you are seeking formal education is there a way you can convert your lectures/text books to audio?

A long *** lecture about a case you know nothing about, filled with assumptions?

The mediocre professors were either still "attempting to do" or "had never done" and it showed.In my undergrad experience the most successful professors, with the most awards, patents, research grants, etc. were AWFUL lecturers.  

But I want to say that THE THREE DAY LECTURE WAS THE BEST EDUCATION I EVER RECEIVED.

It is hard to go the meetings and have to sit and listen to a lecture, then it is late and everyone wants to head home.  

Has anyone reviewed the MIT lecture notes? 

It would benefit you to research other similar cases.My guess is a lecture from the judge advising the landlord to not repeat this behaviour in light of the fact you suffered no financial lose.
