I get wanting the sense of justice and to have them pay the debts that are owed but most likely he is going to get nothing vs. the 80% he could have. 

The Biden Department of Justice has filed a notice of Appeal on the Order.

They know how to take advantage of our weak legal system that is all-too-slow to deal justice.
