And of the hand full that is left another 70% quit in year two.And that's also why investors often have a low opinion of agents: many interactions are with rookies, people who have failed before in other industries or are just lazy and are looking for easy jobs.I recall a headline that 90,000 agents quit in 2023.

Like the 400 agents mentioned above.Or doing Toast masters, starting small and adding incremental challenges, until you get past you can see the end of the tunnel to where you keep moving forward because there has to be an end to the tunnel, overcoming Male/Female interaction,  scaling to where you realize they are only zeroes same story, getting a team around you for your shortcomings.

She is a broker and has an agent working for her, also these people are investors and have the local RE investor group, who literally learned or honed his skills on the job with their help.It seems that if you get your salesperson license you just may like the interaction since you come from an industry that dealt face to face with people, albeit on a short term case.Good luck...
