They will pay $50 to get something off the internet because they do not want to pay pet rent.Ask them for proof of an ESA. 

And the demand is only going to increase incredibly over the next two decades due to demographics and lack of supply and building. 

Some mentees will act as a bloodhound for the mentor, knocking on doors, driving for dollars, scouring the internet, making cold calls, or performing other services that help the mentor find new deals.
