As long as the termites show inactive (which means no tunnels are found) and there are no roof leaks (this is what caused the problem in my house), then you should be fine.

I don't remember the specifics, but I believe the article referenced that in May or June of this year there were 1,800 houses available for sale in the Denver metro area...and there were 22,000 active real estate agents in the same area (and another 20,000 registered inactive).

I would say that when I initially started as a real estate investor, my fear was simply inaction...not applying the knowledge I've learned from real estate investing and putting that knowledge into action.
