Regardless if a price of a property is high, I learned that sellers are humans and they will react and sell a property based on how they feel.

That hearing is a recommending body and then moves onto the city council or other full board hearing.  

Last thing you want to do is set it up wrong and have to go through probate anywaysNot saying those other sites are not good, but I always have questions that I want to speak to a human with and that is why I am ok with paying more for that interaction

just milking for cash flow though or just having some SFRs I think being a slumlord if not really all this advantageous even leaving out the human factor (i.e. your hurting your tenants). 

It’s a low income neighborhood with lots of development going on with non-profit organizations (Habit for humanity and Metonia) for the income range your looking for.
