What happens with the chemicals from the plume  is that they vaporize over a long period of time, and the gas vapors come up into a basement.

What ended up being the problem was that ground water was getting vaporized by an electrical charge from the the power supply underground servicing the pool.

My question is, if she is in school and their for not paying on her loan how would the lender or underwriter calculate that into my monthly income expenses or would we have to already be paying on the loan regardless of her being in school at this moment.
