A cabin next door to one of our nicer Cabins burned to the ground and vaporized one of our retainer walls, but no other mentionable damage other than that.

I don't have any worries about her being responsible.BUT!

What happens with the chemicals from the plume  is that they vaporize over a long period of time, and the gas vapors come up into a basement.

We still may but her being so hush hush is worrisome!!

We were given a 60 day notice but just heard from the owner yesterday about her being willing to sell it to us.

What ended up being the problem was that ground water was getting vaporized by an electrical charge from the the power supply underground servicing the pool. 

It would be my fiance and I living there and I want something that I would feel comfortable with her being alone at.

My question is, if she is in school and their for not paying on her loan how would the lender or underwriter calculate that into my monthly income expenses or would we have to already be paying on the loan regardless of her being in school at this moment.
