There are 3 entrances yet only one basically works and that room is bein held up by cinderblocks.I could go on and on, hoping just one person sees this and makes them think twice before taking any of his courses, buying from him, or renting from him without knowing  the high risks that come with doing business with him.

The real estate is leveraged 50%, so the total 'inflation protection' covers 100% of the total portfolio.The notes are held in my tax deferred retirement accounts, so current income is not taxed until withdrawls begin at 70 1/2 years old.
