I'm going to be doing the majority of the ground work till we can start generating enough money to help her make the jump from her current job.Our plan initially is to flip a few houses to generate some income and then start investing in multifamily rentals.Just a bit about me...I'm a single guy that has lived in the Tampa area all my life (7th generation Floridian).
