I fondly remember the ease with which I sourced roommates/tenants from Aug - Nov 2019 using FB Marketplace, Craigslist, Roomster, RoomieMatch.com, and a few smaller platforms.

I have very fond memories of that place (and lots of good friends there too).In essence, we don't really work with realtors on the BRRRR method.

While I'm not fond of incentivizing bad tenant behavior, the landlord tenant ordinance does not care for landlords and will be ecstatic to rake you over the coals. 

Having  hiked Panther Town Mountains multiple times growing up, which is southwest of Asheville not too far, I have a special fondness of the beauty of the Mountains in Asheville.

The two kickers I’m not fond of are: Only a 2% seller assist is allowed, and I can not close under an LLC.
