I saw someone else in the forums mention a site called www.rocketlease.com but it is $35 vs the site you are mentioning costs $25 for seemingly the same services.

@Elizabeth Lebit's either house hacking (if you're looking to buy / live in a new primary) or nothing.it's not enough to do anything else.

I have had luck with doing direct mail marketing for some of my past clients that wanted a certain area or neighborhood, you'd be surprised at how many sellers don't want to deal with showings and everything else that goes into listing a home. 

I have thought about renting out my primary residence because I could potentially have someone else paying my mortgage and the rental income would pay the mortgage and also put about an additional 600 month in my pocket.

The city of Chicago has made a huge push to get rid of any lead service lines, so it's no surprise you have to mess with that.   

What else is there to do on the house?

What else should we do to market and attract interest?

My definitions of the classes are (someone else might have different opinion):Class A - higher property prices, low crime, highly rated schools, tenants and homeowner usually higher income (although if the owner bought years ago they could be lower income), streets are well kept, yards maintained, no run down cars parked in street. 

Even if you do not mess up any steps in this lengthy process, you are looking at AT LEAST 90 days before you get your asset back.
