Ideally, they should offer you a dashboard or portal where you can easily track performance and minimize the need for back-and-forth communication.In your case, where revenue has dropped despite heavy investment, the marketing and revenue management piece feels particularly critical.

The only challenge I’ve been running into is the cyrptos grow so darn fast the percentage keeps becoming a bigger piece of my portfolio than I want it to be.

But if you're simply planning on reinvesting all to get the best return possible you might also want to think about a diversification exchange where you sell one property and buy more than one.You could buy that smaller land locked piece.

Also, it appears, (still waiting on the final investigation to close to get the point of entry, but it also appears and confirmed by the PM that they or he/she etc got in through a kitchen window, which was not secure and when I looked, it was then secured by a piece of wood to keep it shut.

I have friends that routinely use ear plugs in a detached single family to eliminate noise from kids, spouses, cars going by on street, etc., when sleeping.

You got some great advice above from @Nathan Gesner and @Rene Hosman, so I will keep it short.My biggest piece of advice is to get involved in some of the local Chicago meetups.

I do some popcorn, Rice Krispies, sleeping masks, ear plugs, toothbrush /toothpaste, etc. local partnerships: find restaurants you may be able to get a discount for sending guests over for.
