I would rather put more effort to higher ADR/Occupancy and scaling to get more juice from the squeeze.

For an investor that has several units, we typically create a additional column  on Schedule E (assuming a personal tax return) called "General & Administrative".

Plus, as far as I have found it's the only PMS that will work for MTRs in addition to STRs with automated lease e-sign option as part of the booking / automation process.
