 Business classes in college are probably a waste of money in the real world  However there are many examples of people in the military who saved up a great deal of money while performing their duties for a few years and then after discharge they had a nice pile of money to get started in real estate Will also teach discipline and other skills important to real estateNot to mention then you can get the G.I. benefit to go to college free if you choose

I would at minimum install the correct discharge pipe for the washer.

If it was a recent bankruptcy, they can't file and get another discharge for 4-7 years (depending on the type of bankruptcy) so I'd rent to them if they otherwise meet the requirements.

only AFTER the bankruptcy has been discharged.

If it's scheduled for a foreclosure auction, the BK is irrelevant since it obviously has been released...either discharged or the stay was lifted.  

I have a good agent if you want, I use actual cash value policies (as opposed to replacement cost value where depreciation is not taken out on payouts) with a rider for vandalism, accidental water discharge and liability coverage among other things.

The gutters if going into the ground ,should be ran into a 4 inch swear pipe that discharges the water somewhere between 10-15 feet away from the house ..

It could be much sooner.So this is not a short sale where the lien is still showing but the bank has discharged the rent correct??
