Digitize physical receipts for easystorage.

Hey Lucas,If you purchase the books off BiggerPockets, it comes with a whole bunch of digital files that mirror what's in the books (including the table you're looking for).I'm guessing you purchased the book off Amazon, so you wouldn't have gotten those digital files. 

We're still putting offers on homes and see double digits in competing offers. 

None of this is true in todays market though, you pay more per month to buy than rent anywhere in our area & frankly the country at this point, so it takes time for both having bought to be worth it and to move out and make cash flow, there are very few if any properties that are “value add anymore” I’d know because I look At 17 counties daily for deals & if there’s one I’d have bought one, heloc’s are bad debt ar this point, usually double digit debt, again all of these issues are solved with those but if your gonna live somewhere for a year or two he would probably rent and no amount of realtor ******** changes that, this market is different than a low interest rate environment and people owe thier clients at least to properly explain that to them.

to be more specific, and probably old school, but i want a physical book there that people have access to.Go to Etsy and look for Airbnb home welcome books that are editable on Canva. 

The husband now goes to my bank the first of the month with deposit slips filled out to the right account (I only put my name and the last 3 digits of the account number so they don’t have access to my account number.)

I firmly believe that things are definitely changing in terms of a technological and media landscape - if you are able to be consistent and quality in terms of short form video social media digital marketing - I think this is the best path forward to really carve out some success

I wish I could edit it but it probably came out to 15,000 total cash invested to get the place in a good place to rent, 5,000 was just the initial amount we put towards the loan.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
