@Trevor Mauch I get what you're saying in regards to the value being derived from lead conversion and SEO.

A few pieces of advice.1..Get a .com address if you can.2..Understand that unless you want to spend money on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and advertising (Google Ad words etc.) you are probably not going to dominate, at least not initially.

Not even with the doc #.I won't see my estate atty. for several weeks, but when I do I'll ask the para how she looks this up online in King County.

Those sites can be difficult to rank for top keywords in your area (for several SEO reasons).I would recommend Wordpress becasue it's free and you will have a much better CMS to add and manage your content.

Go to barns and noble and pickup books on marketing, online marketing, social media marketing, network marketing, SEO etc.

It starts with he website, and do some building of your online presence and maybe a little seo here and there also.You have to be found online if you want to build any brand locally.

Is there a way through google to see what the most common search terms the average user will enter into google? For instance if I am a motivated home owner looking to sell my property, what would be the common searche...
