There is no question the basement is infested with mold, but it's unfinished meaning demo would be minimal.

Plus - that is not a cheap area to but purchasing houses at market value for demo....I don't know your experience level but if you want a piece of the pie you will have to find a partner who can do this deal for you from start to finish...

If it's a rehab property it doesn't really matter what the inside looks like, it's all going to be demoed.

Since we were new to the area (the state for that matter) it took a couple weeks to find a contractor, but once we signed with a contractor that was willing to work with us (we did a good bit of work ourselves) it took seven weeks from demo to contract.
