I am trying to get crystal-clear on what is required to make sure my Airbnb (currently operating in Milwaukee County near the corner of 48th St and Washington) is 'clean' in the eyes of the local government.

No crystal ball, but the bottom very well may have been yesterday, and everyone who needed to "think about it" or "ask around" missed out.Rates are still phenomenal relative to six months ago or two years ago, however.

@Brian Nel I wish there was a crystal ball, though I think real estate agents will always say it’s a good time to buy/sell irrespective of the macro/micro situation.As per some articles that I read, impact could be like 2009-10 for Houston if the trend on virus infection and oil price continues in the same direction.

It's purely a "capacity to process applications" issue.My crystal ball is broken, however...
